I feel like this is just Rainbow being lazy.
Over 50% of our clients already book online or through the app. The majority of our phone calls begin with "what does it cost" (which can be answered in less time on our online quote system,) or for taxi service (which we no longer offer,) or inquiries for service outside our scope of service. Less than 10% of the phone calls we take are for actual bookings. It's time for a change.
I need service for tomorrow. Am I out of luck?
Unfortunately, yes. Last minute requests have always been extremely difficult to respond to, as 99% of our reservations are made outside of 24 hours and since we are a boutique sized company, this means a major reshuffling of the days scheduling.
The big boys in the industry can probably assist you with a next day request, but we like to keep things nice and small and personal, so if you really really love us, just book a little earlier and we will make sure you see a familiar face and rest easy knowing that we will deliver on our promises as usual.
I need to talk to someone. Right Now.
Having completed over 250,000 airport transfers in the last 20 years, the instances in which we need to be contacted immediately usually result from: (1) a last minute cancellation, or (2) something left in the car or (3) can't locate the chauffeur when at the airport or (4) calling to re-confirm or (5) my flight is delayed or canceled.
We've planned for these events. You chauffeur's name, photograph, and phone number is sent to you six hours prior to your pickup. We also text this to you when we are one the way. You can always contact your chauffeur at anytime; up to six hours prior and up to six hours following.
And delays? We usually know you are delayed before you do since our system automatically updates flights that are delayed or early.

We call ourselves the "Atypical Limousine Company" because we think the old way of booking is antiquated and inconvenient. When booking travel, it's a good bet you booked your airline, your hotel, your car rental, and anything else associated with your travel online. Why call to book your chauffeured service?

Simple. Just put in your travel details in our online booking system or or app and the a price will be displayed. If it isn't, you can still submit a quote and one will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours.
