You can tell me all of your issues with your current providers, and I'll tell you how I can fix them. I'll listen more than I will talk; that's a promise. If I can't convince you in that time that Rainbow is the right choice, I'll follow up just once with any open-ended issues. Just once. Your time is valuable, and I won't take any more than I need. I'm just so confident that you will be blown away by our commitment to excellence, that I'll even provide the first round-trip on the house.
