How we maintain contact with you.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional transportation services with a personal touch. We know that your time is valuable, so we confirm your booking and follow up with an email reminder 48 hours in advance of your trip.
We want you to feel at ease, so we also send you your chauffeur's information 12 hours prior to your pick-up. And just to make sure everything is clear, we'll even send you a text when we're on our way with your chauffeur's name and information again.
That's our commitment to communication and convenience – and we're always here to help if you need anything.
Does having no phones create issues?
Not as of yet. We went phone free in March of 2023 and we have not had a single, (not one, zero) issues.
Our drivers have all been exactly where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be and not a single client was left stranded.
