Gibbs and his staff were excellent. We had a lot of going back and forth to sort out the details for my mom's 90th birthday and it was a secret, and Gibbs did a wonderful job of making sure that it stayed that way. My mom said she felt like royalty when her driver showed up. And he was so gracious and professional and patient. They really know how to deliver great service and great attention to detail.
