We understand how busy life can get, which is why we provide a hassle-free way to book your transportation online, 18 hours a day, seven days a week.

After 30 years of answering phones, we realized that technology could simplify the process and make things more convenient for our clients.
Whether you need a ride to the airport, an important business meeting, or a night out with friends, we aim to make it simple and promise always to make it reliable.

Our system is fully automated and designed to make your travel stress free.
After booking: we will send you an confirmation of each booking, complete with the price breakdown. We do not charge anything up front; we only charge once the service is provided or you cancel within our cancellation period. (Our cancellation policy is listed elsewhere in this FAQ section.) We may send you a modified confirmation following your initial confirmation with any changes necessary. These changes may include a time change (if you have entered the wrong time, price adjustments based on Holidays, International arrivals, early/late night pickups, and extra stops.)
48 hours prior to your travel: We will send you an automated reminder listing all of your travel details. At this point, you will have the opportunity to let us know if any of your travel plans have changed by responding to the email. If nothing has changed, there is no need to reply.
12 hours prior to your travel: We will email you your chauffeurs photograph, name, and cell phone number.
When we are on our way: We will send a text to the cell phone you provide. This will also contain your chauffeurs photograph, name, ETA, GPS location, and two buttons: one to call your chauffeur and one to text him.
When your flight is delayed: We track all incoming flights, so there is no need to contact us or your chauffeur if you experience a delay, no matter how long it is. We will be there waiting; guaranteed.
Once the trip is completed, your card will automatically be charged and you will receive an email receipt.
We do not accept reservations within 36 hours of the required pick up time.
If your trip is outside of 36 hours and you still can't make a reservation, it is because your browser cache needs to be cleaned and your stored cookies cleaned. Try cleaning you cache, browsing history, and cookies.
If all else fails, Chrome is the preferred browser for our software system, so download that and install.
If THAT fails, log out of your account, close your browser and start again.
We ASSURE you that the booking app and portal work. If they did not, we would quickly be out of business since we decided to move to online reservations only. Keep trying. You've got this.
Click on "Get a Quote," and enter the details for pick-up and drop-off, or the amount of hours for hourly trips. Please note that the quote that is displayed is subject to review by our staff and a final price will be categorized on your email confirmation.
The website does not add fees for international arrivals, additional stops, Holiday fees, or late night/early morning fees. We calculate these once the reservation is submitted and your final price will be displayed on your confirmation.
Since we are a boutique sized company, we recommend you book at least 7-10 days out.
While we do get overbooked sometimes, there is no need to check with us regarding availability; we have an affiliate network to handle bookings that we can not do ourselves.
At Rainbow, we offer customized pricing based on specific trips. Our site is preloaded with the most common fares, like the ones to and from an airport.
For point to point trips that are not to an airport, or from a location to an airport that we don't have a pre-loaded price for, it will display a zero price.
You can either request a quote, or book the trip. Once the trip is booked, we will send you a confirmation with the finalized price.
You can always cancel within 48 hours of the trip if you feel the price does not meet your budget or expectation.
Alwaya enter the current arrival time for the flight. We will track the flight and make sure we are waiting for you in baggage claim when you arrive.
We do not charge your card until the service is provided.

Choose "Hourly." Enter the date/time/addresses and then indicate how many hours you anticipate needing the vehicle. Note we charge from the time our vehicle leaves our base until the time it returns, so there may be extra travel time added. Please remember our max vehicle capacity is 6 passengers.
