EMAIL

  You'll get an email confirming your travel details moments after you make your reservation. 

You will get another one day prior reminding you of your upcoming travel with us.  

Lastly, you'll get another two hours prior to your pick-up time with your chauffeurs name, photograph, and phone number.

24 HOUR ACCESS

 If you attach your reservations with us to an online account, you'll be able to make new reservations on your mobile phone, desktop, or laptop. We'll have all of your relevant information on file, including addresses, preferred payment method, and known addresses. You can also see your entire history with us, print receipts, and modify upcoming reservations.

FLIGHT VERIFICATION

 

Our software contains information on every single flight around the globe. When we ask for flight data from you, it will automatically verify the flight details. There is simply no possibility of getting getting flight details wrong. It will inform your chauffeur of your departure gate so you'll be dropped off at the correct location, every time.

TEXT

You'll get a text when your chauffeur is on his way to you. It will contain his phone number, his name, and his photograph. You'll be able to text him or call him directly, if need be. No need to download an app. This way, you'll recognize your chauffeur when he arrives or when you arrive in the baggage claim area.

SECURE PAYMENTS

  Payments are as easy as a signature on your chauffeurs mobile phone. Just a quick John Hancock and you are on your way. An email receipt will be in your email inbox before your luggage is even out of the trunk. We accept all major credit cards. Credit card numbers are not visible to your chauffeur.

FLIGHT UPDATES

When an airline changes arrival or departure times, your reservation is automatically updated in our system. Additionally, the chauffeurs app is also updated. Delays, gate changes, diversions; no problem. We'll know and adjust accordingly. We'll be there waiting as promised. The only reason to contact us is if you miss or change flights.
